Placement of the 20' x 40' portable classroom building described in the attached
application is approved subject to compliance with the following conditions:
■ Assure any new lighting is directed downward and into the school site.
■ Comply with any spacing requirements of the Fire Department or Building Code
Life Safety.
■ All structures must be skirted.
■ Paint or improve the structure to be as compatible with the school building as
possible.
■ Comply with building, plumbing and electrical codes as required.
• Placement of the building is approved until July 19, 2004 as per the sunset
provision established in Section 36-203 of the Code of Ordinances.
