SNOW OR ICE SHALL NOT BE PLACED IN ANY FILL OR EMBANKMENT.
9. THE SUBGRADE SHALL BE COMPACTED AND BROUGHT UP TO A SM007H UNIFORM GRADE PRIOR TO
FINISHED SURFACE APPLICATION.
