AT&T performs continuous reviews and testing of our system for coverage and capacity
in handling all the phone calls and ever growing data communication transmitted over
our system. Leawood in the area of Mississippi and Evergreen is an area where an
additional antenna site is required to serve the citizens of Little Rock. A thorough search
of the area has not produced a structure by which we can mount antenna, therefore we
are moving forward with having one created. There is a need for an additional structure
in this area.
The owner of this site has designed this site to house five (5) centerlines of antennae
allowing for the maximum number of tenants for which the tower manufacturer designs.
It is the intention of AT&T to allow collocation and has allowed for that on the pole itself
and with appropriate ground space for their equipment.
The Equivalent Isotropically Radiated Power (EIPR) for this installation is 500 watts or
less. The current FCC rule (reference: Code of Federal Regulation, Title 47 -
Telecommunications, Chapter 1 -Federal Communications Commission, Part 24 -Personal
Communications Services, Subpart E -Broadband PCS, Section 24.232 -Power and
antenna limits). This installation, as designed, meets the FCC requirements.
