Your zoning file number is Z -7189-A. Attached is a map that we created to represent your property. Your land will be labeled with your zoning file number. The map may have adjacent property owners on it. Please check your property boundaries for accuracy. You have requested C3, General Commercial District, for this parcel of property. After initial review of your request, we would like you to consider a home occupation permit for these uses. We need square footages of each use and use areas.
