This action was approved as AF, Agricultural and Forestry by the Planning Commission that evening. Planning Zoning and Subdivision Your item was approved, and it has been forwarded to the Board of Directors for a hearing by staff. This letter is to inform you that the item will be heard at the June 4, 2002 Little Rock City - Board of Directors meeting. Your zoning file number is Z -7189-A. Attached is a map that we created to represent your property. Your land will be labeled with your zoning file number. The map may have adjacent property owners on it. Please check your property boundaries for accuracy. You have requested C3, General Commercial District, for this parcel of property. After initial review of your request, we would like you to consider a home occupation permit for these uses. We need square footages of each use and use areas. We also need a square footage of your home, as the ordinance calculates a percentage of use area. Enclosed is a copy of the home occupation ordinance.
