LEGAL DESCRIPTION
A part of the NWI NEI and part of the SWI NEI of Section 23, T -2-N,
R -15-W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, being more particularly described_
as follows:
Commence at the Northeast corner of said NWI NEI; thence S 06° 02'E
along the East line of said NWI NEI for 442.0 feet to the point of
beginning; thence continue S 06° 021E along said East line for 876.0
feet to the Southeast of said NWI NEI; thence S 07' 23'E along the
East line of the SWI NEI of said Section 23 for 733.2 feet to the
Northerly right-of-way of Garrison; thence N 460 41'W along said
Northerly right-of-way for 1009.-0 feet; thence N 04° 47'E for 731.0
feet (Measured N 04° 541E, 731.8 feet); thence N 70° 02'E for 113.98
feet; thence N 05° 29'W for 48.35 feet; thence N 76' 42'E for 393.28
feet to the point of beginning, containing 15.96 acres more or.less.
AND
SUBJECT TO a 30.0 feet Egress -Ingress Easement over part of the NWI NEI
and part of the SWI NEI of Section 23, T -2-N, R -15-W, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, whose centerline is described as follows:
Commence at the Northeast corner of said NWI NEI; thence S 84° 10' 36"W
and along the North line of said NWI NEI 400.0 feet; thence S 05° 291W
494.4 feet; thence N 76° 421E 30.0'feet to the point of beginning; thence
S 05° 29'E 62.0 feet; thence S 70° 02'W 120.2 feet; thence S 04° 271W
762.0 feet to the centerline of Garrison Road and the termination of
said easement.

corners are marked as shown and are in accordance with existing monuments
in the vicinity.
