You have requested AF, Agricultural and Forestry for this parcel of property. All
lands will either be zoned AF, Agricultural and Forestry or R-2, Single Family at the
beginning of the Zoning Plan item. The commission will then proceed with the non-

Dear Mr. Malone-
I recently learned (via word of mouth) of ilie city's intention to zone the area in which 1
live. 'This letter is to request that mine and my husband's property- be zoncd "AP." We
live at 5220 Studer Road and have purchased three separate parcels of property over the
last three or four years. The legal descriptions are attached, The three pieces of property
are contiguous to one another.
We love Studer Road and our propexty. It is truly a pleasure to just drive down Studer
Road.. I understand from your letier dated February 8, 2002, that you have noted that my
husband and I would like for Studer Road to remain a local neighborhood road. Thank
you very much for making note of that. I am very much not in favor of Studer Road
being conutoted to Stoxy Road.
Thank you also for the i4ormativn you mailed to me axed for taki3ng he time to discuss
certain issues in COIL--iecticn -,frith the zoning plan. I would also like to extend my
