Thank you for reaching out. The property address we stayed at is as follows:
602 Valmar Street, Little Rock, AR 72205
Our first night we arrived, was later than expected so we didn’t spend any time at all reviewing the property. However, the second day we attempted to shower and to no surprise there
was no hot water. We contacted the host and explained we had “zero hot water” and asked when we could expect it to be fixed. Eventually they sent out a plumber, which apparently, they
did not explain the house was rented. As we answered the door the plumber began to question where breaker/hot water heater was located. Obviously, we we’re unable to assist and had
to explain we’re just renting for a few days. He looked confused, as the owners probably mentioned “they” were home. This made us feel a little concerned about the situation which is
what prompted us to begin digging into some of the rules and regulations for Little Rock. Furthermore, the pictures the hosts posted on Airbnb are at least several years old. The state
of the property is not nearly close to what they advertise it as. Yard doesn’t appear to be attended to regularly. Inside was dirty. Finally, the interactions of the host were very
unpleasant and unprofessional. With our review we pointed out everything we thought should be handled on a regular basis. Instead of taking feedback, they tried to accuse of leaving
drug paraphernalia and calling us liars. Honestly, had we not had to deal with the owners we probably would’ve never thought to investigate this. But at this point we simply just want
to ensure things are being done correctly and as they should. We have ample photos, we took during our stay, should you be interested in those.

Hello Brian,
I was hoping you may be able to direct me to the best contact. We recently had traveled to Little Rock, AR, for a personal trip, stayed at an Air Bnb which turns out is still listed
as an Owner-Occupied residence. From our understanding this would be a city violation. We’re just looking to be pointed in the direction of where/how to report this issue.
