Applicant Comments for Proposed Development
Applicant Responses are due no later than Friday August 11, 2023. Please submit
revised site plans, if applicable, along with any written responses. All documents
should be submitted to this email address for review.
RE: Infinity Homes STR-2 – PD-C (Z-9819)
209 S. Brown Street
Development Staff Comments:
1. Provide parking plan.
RESPONSE: There is a 135 foot by 8 foot gravel driveway along the northern
boundary of the lot. Multiple vehicles can park on this drive, which provides access
to the alleyway at the northeast corner of the property. Two vehicles can park on the
asphalt along the western boundary of the property.
2. Will the proposed Short-Term Rental (STR) include rental of the entire structure as a
unit or individual rooms?
RESPONSE: This STR will include rental of the entire structure.
3. All Short-Term Rentals must comply with all development standards of Ordinance
22,274.
RESPONSE: Owner is aware of and shall comply with the requirements of
Ordinance 22,274.
4. All signage must comply with Section 36-551 of the City’s Zoning Ordinance (signs
permitted in residential one- and two-family zones).
RESPONSE: Owner plans to only have an address marker on the property
indicating the address as 209 S. Brown St., with such marker/sign being building
mounted and less than one square foot in size.
