Brown Street Development Staff Comments: Provide parking plan. Will the proposed Short-Term Rental (STR) include rental of the entire structure as a unit or individual rooms? All Short-Term Rentals must comply with all development standards of Ordinance 22,274. All signage must comply with Section 36-551 of the City’s Zoning Ordinance (signs permitted in residential one- and two-family zones).
