Monte,
I’ve attached the cover letter, application, and information sheet for the referenced address. We are working on the site plan and meeting with the owner Wednesday morning to review.
Once we make any changes that he wants, we’ll get the plan to you before the end of the week.
Bertha and Elmer Goins own the property and have been working with Director Adcock to get this submitted.
