Applicant Responses are due no later than Friday August 11, 2023. Please submit revised site plans, if applicable, along with any written responses. All documents should be submitted
to this email address for review.

Development Staff Comments:
Provide proposed building height.
Provide description of proposed exterior building materials.
Any new lighting shall be low-level and directed away from adjacent properties.
Any dumpsters on the site must be screened as per Section 36-523 of the City’s Zoning Ordinance.
All signage must comply with Section 36-555 of the City’s Zoning Ordinance (signs permitted in commercial/office zones).
Provide completed Affidavit form.
Show where overhead doors will be located on the building.
Please submit the days and hours of operation.
No outside storage of tires, parts, etc. will be allowed.
All work must take place within the enclosed building.
Will there be any alternate uses proposed for the building?
