blocks 7, 10, 23, & lots 4, 5, 6, 7, & S of block 26, all in Cunningham's Addition, City of Little Rock,
Pulaski County, Arkansas.

1, Leland Couch, Director of Little Rock Parks & Recreation, and on behalf of the City of Little Rock,
do hereby agree to dedicate to the public any needed right-of-way as required by the Master Street Plan
for a public street abutting property on which I am requesting zoning.
I, Leland Couch, Director of Little Rock Parks & Recreation, and on behalf of the City of Little Rock,
agree to provide at my expense an easement deed and/or other documents as necessary conveying such
right-of-way to the public.
