RE: Application to Rezone Property
CLR Owned Properties at Jonesboro Drive & I-630
Dear Monte:
Enclosed with this cover letter is our application materials to request to rezone several
City of Little Rock owned parcels (approximately seven acres) located at the west side of
Jonesboro Drive, south of Interstate 630. The following items are provided for your use
in this review:
1. Completed Application to Rezone Property.
2. Street Right-of-Way Agreement.
3. Affidavit authorizing DCI to act as agent for this application.
4. Rezoning Area Exhibit outlining the subject parcels on a Bagley Map.
5. Existing Zoning Map with subject parcels outlined.
6. Existing Land Use Plan with subject parcels outlined.
We were just authorized to begin this process, so we do not have a current survey to
include at this time. The survey will be completed and submitted during the review
process.
