WARRANTY DEED.
KN01Y ALL ?;E2; BY THESE PRESENTS: That we, J. Rogers Ysun and Harriett T. Young, hie
,wife, for and in oonsideration of the sum of One Dollar (;1.00) to us cash in hand paid by
the Win. N. Young Hotel Company, a corporation, reoeipt of which is hereby acknowledged,do
hereby grant, bargain, sell and convey unto the said ft. N. Young Hotel Company, and unto
its successors and assigns forever, the following described real estate situate in the bus
district of the City of Little Rock, County of Pulaski, State of Arkaneas,to-wits
Lot Twelve (12), Block Seventy-nine (79) Original City of Little Rock.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said Wm. N. Young Hotel Company, and unto its
successors and assigns forever, with all appurtenances tkiereunto belonginngg
And we hereby covenant with the said ft.. N. Young Hotel Company thT we will forever
Warrant and Defend the title to the above lands against all lawful Claims whatsoever, save
and except only the lien of, a certe.irnortgage or deed of trust by which on June 23rd, 1924,
these grantors conveyed the above -granted premises to John M. Davis, as Trustee for Exchange
Trust Company, Agents, for the purpose of seouring the payment to the Exchange Trust Com-
pany as agents, of an indebtedness in the principal sum of Fifty Thbueand Dollars 050,000.00)
together with interest thereon at the rate of six and one-half per centum (6j%) per annum,
maturing Jun6 23rd., 1925, which indebtedness the grantee hereby assumes.
And I, Harriett T. Young, wife of the said J. Rogers Young for and in consideration
of the said sum of money, do hereby release and relinquish unto the said Wm. N. Young Hotel
Company, all my right of Dower and Homestead in and to the said lands.
IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, we have hereunto set our hands and seals this 5 day of November,

STATE OF ARKAN$AS, County, of Pulaski: BE IT REMEMERED, That on this 5th day of Ilovem-
ber, 1925, came before me, the undersigned, a Notary Public, within a,nd for the County afore-
said, duly, commissioned and acting,. J. Rogers Young, to me well known as the person who signed
the ebove and foregoing Warranty Deed, and stated that he had executed the same for the con-
sideration and purposes therein mentioned and set forth.
And on the same day also voluntarily appeared before me, the said Harriett T. Young,
wife of the said J. Rogers Y..bung, to me well known, and in the absence of her said husband
acknowledged and declared that she had of her own free will, executed said Deed and signed
and sealed the relinquishment oX Dower and Homestead in the said Deed for the consideration
and purposes therein mentioned and set forth, without compulsion or undue influence of her
said husband.

ways, streets and outlets of the widths, sizes and lengths as shown on the attaohed plat whial
is made a part hereof, as drawn and prepared by Alfred i. Lund, Engineer, applying only to
Owens Sub -division of Watkins Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas. And for the pur-
pose of conveyancing and osying taxes, does hereby ordain and establish Owens Sub -division
heretofore known as the property hereinabove described.
Said subdivision shall be known as Owens Sub -division and the sizes, measurements, lines
directions and positions of all lots are hereby fixed and made firm as shown on and by the
said plat attached hereto.
-IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, the name of the grantor is hereunto affixed by J. B. Webster,
its Vice -President, and -its seal affixed by J. J. McGrath, its Assistant Secretary, this 9th
day of October, 1925.

tary of the Americam Southern Trust Company, a corporation, and were duly authorized in their
respective capacities to execute the foregoing instrument for and in the name and behalf of
said corporation, and further stated and acknowledged that they had so signed, executed and
delivered said foregoing instrument for the consideration, uses and purposes therein mentioned

nunnbering from one to eight. This was done for the purpose of sir-Tlifying the payment of
taxes, as this property is owned by several different individuals. All deeds 'and other convey-
