Staff has been attempting to contact you, without success, via phone and email per the contact information provided on your application regarding notices. Landowners within 200 feet
of your proposed rezoning application must be notified fifteen (15) days prior to the September 14, 2023 Planning Commission meeting via certified mail. You must contact a title and/or
abstract company for the list of landowners.
Your item has been deferred once for failing to provide notices as required. Applicants are allowed two deferrals. After that you will be required to resubmit the application.
Please follow up with staff regarding notices. The instructions are below.
Attached is the Notice of Public Hearing form and Agenda for the September 14, 2023 Planning Commission meeting.
Please use the agenda to verify your zoning file – (Z) number. Notices must be postmarked no later than Thursday, August 30, 2023.
Please provide the following notice exhibits below to Development staff no later than Friday, September 1, 2023:
Proof of notification. (Completed attached Notice of Public Hearing Form).
Copy of the certified abstract List. (Name and address of all property owners of lands lying within 200 feet of the boundary of the property must be from an abstract company).
Certified mail receipts (The small green receipts reflecting the postmark stamp affixed by the post office. Please fill out the receipts to include the landowner’s address provided by
the title search).
Finally, as a reminder, applicants are required to provide a photo to staff demonstrating the sign provided by this office was posted at the site. Please note the sign must be visible
from the street.
