Development Staff Comments:
Provide proposed building height.
Site lighting must be low-level and directed away from adjacent properties.
Dumpster area must be screened as per ordinance requirement.
Signage must comply with Section 36-555 (signs permitted in commercial zones).
Provide hours of operation.
Provide maximum number of employees at any given time.
Provide bill of assurance for Lot 1, Autumnwood Subdivision.
