Good afternoon,
Staff has not received your notice of public hearing exhibits for your item scheduled for the July 13, 2023 Planning Commission meeting. The last day to postmark notices to landowners
was June 28, 2023. Notice exhibits were due to staff no later than June 30, 2023.
Please submit the following no later than the close of business July 7, 2023:
Proof of notification. (Completed attached Notice of Public Hearing Form).
Copy of abstract List. (Name and address of all property owners of lands lying within 200 feet of the boundary of the property must be from an abstract company).
Certified mail receipts (The small green/white receipts reflecting the postmark stamp affixed by the post office. Please fill out the receipts to include the landowner’s address provided
by the title search).
