In order to complete the application filing, we need the following:
1. Completed "Street Right-of-Way Agreement" form (circle agree or disagree for both statements).
2. Completed application form.
3. Cover letter detailing the project (project narrative).
4. Filing fee of $205.00.
You will also need to pick up the sign to be posted on the property.

For item #6 - the title work on the property didn't bring up a bill of assurance for Autumnwood Subdivision.

Please accept this e-mail as official notification that the application submittal for the Queens Beans PD-C (Hermitage at Autumn Roads) is incomplete and will not be accepted for the
June 8, 2023 Planning Commission agenda. The following required documents were not included in the application package:

2. Site Plan.
3. Updated Traffic Study (traffic study submitted is for an old site plan).
4. Completed Street Right-of-way Agreement Form.
5. Completed Affidavit (property owner authorization form).
6. Bill of Assurance (Autumnwood Subdivision).
We will hold the application package submitted for the July 13, 2023 Planning Commission agenda. If you wish to be on the July 13, 2023 agenda, all of the required documents must be
submitted to staff no later than May 15, 2023.
