Good afternoon Torrence. I would like to request another extension on my application. As the planning department and the city board have still not reached a decision on the current ordinance,
I would prefer to delay a re-zoning until further decisions are made. I plan to attend the Monday night meeting to see where we are in the process. I'm hopeful that since North Little
Rock seems to have reached some decisions, Little Rock is not far behind. I have acted in good faith following the steps to comply, but still feel a commercial re-zoning on my residential
property is not the best path for our property or the neighborhood.
Please let me know if you need any additional information from me.
Thank you,
Holly Reding
