Development Staff Comments:
Provide detailed traffic study for proposed development.
Provide proposed uses for existing buildings.
Show dumpster location on site plan. Any dumpsters on the site must be screened as per Section 36-523 of the City’s Zoning Ordinance.
All signage must comply with Section 36-420 of the City’s Zoning Ordinance (signs permitted in commercial/office zones).
Street trees and street furniture must comply with Section 36-414 of the Presidential Park Design Overlay District (DOD).
Any new lighting shall be low-level and directed away from adjacent properties.
