Development – 1) We have added the no access easement along the east property line.
2) There are not any existing covenants on the land.
3) The preliminary storm drainage analysis for watercourses has been added.
4) The names of all abutting recorded subdivisions have been added.
5) The zoning classification for abutting areas has been added.
6) A draft copy of the Bill of Assurance has been included.
