Unfortunately, the cutoff date for the initial zoning has long passed. If you choose to rezone, you will need to go through the regular zoning procedure as prescribed by law. There is no fee to rezone to AF, but there are other costs to be incurred. You are currently zoned Single Family Residential. I am enclosing a copy of the Agricultural zoning's permitted uses.
