Enclosed is an application for rezoning for your properties on Hood Road and Twin
Mountain Road. Unfortunately, the cutoff date for the initial zoning has long passed. If
you choose to rezone, you will need to go through the regular zoning procedure as
prescribed by law. There is no fee to rezone to AF, but there are other costs to be
incurred.
You are currently zoned Single Family Residential. I am enclosing a copy of the
Agricultural zoning's permitted uses. If you do not currently raise livestock for sale, or
raise plants for sale, etc., you may not require AF zoning.
I am also enclosing a copy of a brochure entitled "Extraterritorial Zoning".
If you do choose to rezone, Contact Monte Moore in our office. He will handle your
application.

properties I own in west Little Rock. One is located at 8201 Hood Road and
the second located on Twin Mountain Drive. The descriptions of the
properties are enclosed. I reside permanently at 8201 Hood Road and
maintain about 5 acres for pasture. I use the 5 acres on Twin Mountain
Road for pasture. The only structure on this property is a barn.
