On April 25th, the Planning Commission heard your request for your zoning items, Z-7165-13,
7166, and 7167-A in T3N R14W 34 at T3N R14W Sec 32, 33 and 34. This action was approved
as OS, Open Space by the Planning Commission that evening.
Your item was approved, and it has been forwarded to the Board of Directors for a hearing by
staff. This letter is to inform you that the item will be heard at the June 4, 2002 Little Rock City
Board of Directors meeting. The Board of Directors meets on the second floor of City Hall, 500
West Markham Street, and starts at 6:00 p.m. This is a public meeting, and you are encouraged
to attend. Other interested parties are allowed to speak in favor or opposition to the plan change.
Please be prepared to answer questions if they arise.

This letter is to confirm that you have applied for zoning with our department for the
enclosed property in T3N R14W 34. Your zoning file number is Z -7165-B. Attached
is a map that we created to represent your property. Your land will be labeled with
your zoning file number. The map may have adjacent property owners on it. Please
check your property boundaries for accuracy.
You have requested OS, Open Space, for this parcel of property. This is the lake
and surrounding watershed property. All lands will either be zoned AF, Agricultural
and Forestry or R-2, Single Family at the beginning of the Zoning Plan item. The
commission will then proceed with the non-residential zoning either individually or in
groups and consider the parcels requesting a non-residential zoning category.
The extraterritorial issues: Master Street Plan, Future Land Use Plan and the Zoning
Plan will be discussed in that order in a public hearing at the City of Little Rock
Planning Commission on April 25, 2002. The hearing will start at 4:00 p.m. You are
encouraged to attend.
