Good morning Brian,
Hope your holiday season is going well so far
I need to withdrawal my coa application for 512 east 8th street. There is a bill pending in Congress to allow a
50% tax credit for qualified energy saving improvements to your home, but the details are scarce right now. I
need to wait until it is hopefully approved and submit an application that fits within those guidelines. I can't afford
to waste a 50% tax credit if it is available.
Thanks for all of your help. Lets hope Congress gets this through soon.
