The applicant requested a deferral to the January 2010 meeting on November 24, 2009.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Staff supports this request for deferral.

Commissioner Julie \Aliedower made a motion to defer this item until the January 2010
meeting. Commissioner Bob Wood seconded and the motion passed with a vote of 4
ayes and 1 absent.
STAFF UPDATE: January 4, 2010
On December 18th, 2009, Staff received an email that the applicant wished to withdraw
his item.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Staff supports this request for withdrawal,

Commissioner Julie Wiedower made a motion to withdraw the item. Commissioner
Randy Ripley seconded. The motion passed with a vote of 4 ayes and 1 open position.
