Project Description with Conditions listed:
1. Stucco Repair (Repairs to portions of the structure that caused the stucco to fail are to
be completed before stucco is repaired as partially stated above.)
a. All finished stucco to have a texture to match the bulk of the building. This
texture is the -finer grain texture.
b. Small cracks may be sealed with a thin slurry coat consisting of the finish coat
ingredients being mindful of the texture finish to match building. Commercially
available caulking compounds are not suitable materials for patching hairline
cracks,
c. On holes in stucco, remove all loose stucco, inspect and repair if necessary
wood or metal lathe, apply three layers of stucco with finish texture to match.
d. Fiberglass installation may be installed in wall cavity when stucco has been
removed
e. Remove previous patch jobs of stucco and replace to match texture of building.
f. Stucco was originally installed with metal mesh instead of wood lathe. Repari
using metal mesh.
g. Caulk around wood trim, prime, and paint.
h. Primary areas to be removed or repaired are:
i. East side under windows on southeast corner.
ii. West side where stucco is bucked and pulling away from building.
