a point on the west right of way line of Chenal Valley Drive; thence
N0408'23"E along said right of way line, 228.20 ft.; thence
northwesterly along said right of way line, being the arc of a
447.46 ft. radius curve to the left, having a chord bearing and
distance of N39'41'41"W, 620.15 ft.; thence N8336'23"W along
said rightof wayy, line, 255.69 ft.; thence S00'15'21"W, 727.85 ft.;
thence S89,f3 E along the north line of said Tract 7A, 637.00
