I all) writing to requpmt that you please withdraw the applicaWon for a Certificate of
Appropriateness for PDIC Investments, L[.C, d.b.a. MacArthur Heights Apartments. In
January 2005 we made application to be heard by the corr,mi;asion for a Cerificate of
Appropriateness.
We do not itnettd to pursue these certificates at this time, but do intend to apply again.
