centerline South 76 degrees 28 minutes 44 second East, 167.08 feet, thence leaving said
centerline North 24 degrees 15 minute 59 seconds East. 38.49 feet to a found /4 robor on the
northerly right-of-way of Kanis Road for the point of beginning: thence continuing North 24
degrees 15 minutes 59 seconds East. 328.0 feel to a /4 rebor found; thence South 66 degrees
29 minutes 50 seconds East. 139.80 feel to o /a rebor found; thence South 24 degrees 41
minute 00 seconds West, 314.68 feel to a 04 rebor found on the northerly right-of-way Of
Kanis Rood; thence North 69 degrees 35 minutes 40 seconds West. 89.37 feet long a chord
of the northerly right-of-way curve of said Kanis Road to a j4 rebor set; thence continuing
along said northerly right-ol-way fine North 76 degrees 28 minutes 55 seconds West, 49.19
feet to the point of beginning and containing 1.02 acres more or less. Basis for bearing is the
Record Bearing of West properly line as shown on survey plat by David R. Jones dated
August 14, 1998. Said Record Bearing was also previously recorded on survey plat by
Charles Miller dotes August 27. 1993.

correctly shows (i) the boundaries and areas of the subject property and the size, IOCOtion,
and type of buildings and improvements thereon and the distance therefrom to the nearest
facing exterior property lines of the subject property. (ii) the location of the parking areas
on the subject property showing the number of parking spaces provided thereby. (iii) all
abutting dedicated public streets providing access to the subject property, together with
the width and name thereof, and (iv) all other significant items on the subject property.
b) There ore no visible encroachments to the property.
c) Adequate ingress to an egress from the subject property is provided by Kanis Road. and
the some being paved, dedicated public right(s)-of-way momtoined by the city of Little
