Pulaski County, Arkansas and being more particulorly described as follows:
Commencing at a railroad spike found for the Southwest comer of said Southeast one-quarter
of the Northwest. one-quorter Section 6, T -1-N, R -13-111i thence North 03 degrees 08 minutes
23 seconds East. 837.06 feet along the West line of said. Southeast one-quarter of the
Northwest one-quarter to o /4 rebor set in the centerline of Kanis Rood: thence along said
cenlerine South 76 degrees 28 minutes 44 second East, 167.08 feet, thence leaving said
centerline North 24 degrees 15 minute 59 seconds East. 38.49 feet to a found #4 rebar on the
northerly right-of-woy of Konis Rood for the point of beginning; thence continuing North 24
degrees 15 minutes 59 seconds East, 328.0 feel to a /4 rebor found; thence South 66 degrees
29 minutes 50 seconds East. 139.80 feet to a /4 rebor found; thence South 24 degrees 41
minute 00 seconds west, 314.68 loot to a #4 rebor found on the northerly right-of-way of
Kanis Road; thence North 69 degrees 35 minutes 40 seconds West, 89.37 feet along a chord
of the northerly right-of-way curve of said Kanis Road to a #4 rebor set; thence continuing
along said northerly right-of-way line North 76 degrees 28 minutes 55 seconds West, 49,19
feet to the Point of beginning and containing 1.02 acres more o, less. Basis for bearing is the
Record Bearing of West property line as shown on survey plot by David R. Jones dated
August 14, 1998. Said Record Bearing was also .previously recorded on survey plot by
Charles Miller dotes August 27, 1993.
