Ladies and Gentlemen:
As indicated by the attached application and supporting materials, Cingular Wireless
proposes to install and operate a Wireless Communication Facility at 809 South
Bowman Road Street, Little Rock, Arkansas. The proposed antenna and associated
equipment will be located entirely on the footprint of the existing Sprint monopole
structure and compound.
The measurement of Effective Radiated Power (ERP) for the proposed WCF is 100
watts or less. The current FCC standards) permit up to 500 watts ERP for this type
of facility. The proposed WCF will be designed and operated to comply with these
standards.
