Part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 27, Township 1 North,
Range 13 West of the Fifth Principal Meridian, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly
described as follows: Beginning at the Southwest comer of the Northeast Quarter of the
Northwest Quarter, Section 27, Township 1 North, Range 13 West and run thence
North 0°01'53" West for 419.53 feet along the west line of said NE !%a NW 1/4 to a point;
thence South 89°46'09" East for 97.43 feet to a point on the southerly right of way line
of Shackleford Road, said point being also on the arc of a 590.97 radius curve to the left,
said curve having a chord bearing and distance of South 46°30'41 " East for 116.21 feet;
thence along the arc of said curve and along said southerly right of way line 116.40 feet
to the point of tangency; thence continuing along said southerly right of way line
South 52°02'47" East for 557.35 feet to a point; thence departing the from said southerly
right of way line North 89°42'52" West for 204.53 feet to a point, thence North 89°36'47" West
for 416.23 feet to the point of beginning. Containing 3.383 acres more or less.

Construction Notes:
I ) Type A Paving is to be 3" hot mix asphalt with a 8" base course
of SB -2 Material or equal
2) Type B Paving is to be 2" hot mix asphalt with a 6" base course
of SB -2 Material or equal.
3) Concrete sidewalks are to be minumum of 4" thick.
General Notes:
