GENERAL NOTES
1. The property will be developed as a horizontal property regime.

5. Construction of the common driveway shall occur with Phase 1.
6. The project will be developed in two phases with construction

2. Stormwater detention ordinance does not apply. Proposed
site less than one acre.
3. A grading plan will be provided and a grading permit
will be obtained if required.
4. Sidewalks and handicap ramps will conform to "MSP" &
current ADA standards.
5. Any damages to curb, gutter or sidewalk in the right—of—
way will be repaired or replaced.
6. Street improvement plans shall include signage and striping.
