Hi Mr. Torrence.
Please find the attached document that is being sent out on this Monday by the homeowner. He is mailing the attached document for this request to all the 12 homeowners through certified
mail as I am currently out of country to attend a family emergency.
It all happened unexpectedly so the homeowner is sending out the documents. The sign will be posted on the site.
I hope this attached document will suffice the requirement to submit the required documents to staff.
