QUITCLAIM DEED

KNOW ALL BY THESE PRESENTS:
HICKORY CREEK PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., a corporation organized under and by virtue of the laws of the
State of ARKANSAS hereafter called Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) and
other valuable consideration, in hand paid by MARK MCCARTY AND JENNIFER MCCARTY, SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE OF THE
WLR LAND TRUST, hereafter called Grantee(s), the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, do hereby bargain, sell and
quitclaim unto the said Grantee(s), and unto his/her/their/its heirs, successors and/or assigns, forever, all of its right, title,
interest and claim in and to the following lands lying in the County of PULASKI and State of Arkansas:
THAT PORTION OF THE COMMON AREAS OWNED BY HICKORY CREEK PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. AND
DEPICTED IN EXHIBIT "A" AND AS SHOWN ON INSTRUMENT NO. 96-7656, SUCH BEING: A PARCEL OF LAND 10 FEET
WIDE IMMEDIATELY CONTIGUOUS TO THE NORTHWEST BOUNDARY OF LOT 9, HICKORY CREEK SUBDIVISION, PHASE I;
AND A PARCEL OF LAND 15 FEET WIDE IMMEDIATELY CONTIGUOUS TO THE NORTHERN BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 9; AND
A PARCEL OF LAND 20 FEET WIDE IMMEDIATELY CONTIGUOUS TO THE NORTHEAST BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 9; AND
TOGETHER WITH THE 0.8 FOOT BRICK RETAINING WALL EXTENDING IN A NORTHEASTERLY DIRECTION, AS PORTRAYED
ON THE CERTAIN SURVEY BY GARVER 8, GARVER DATED APRIL 22, 1994, ALL IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, PULASKI
COUNTY, ARKANSAS.
All of the above described real property is transferred subject to covenants, conditions, easements, exceptions,
reservations, restrictions, rights and rights -of -way of record.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said Grantee(s), and unto his/her/their/its heirs, successors and/or assigns
forever, with all appurtenances thereunto belonging.
