Our clients hope to add a new open air covered porch to the northeast corner of their house as an extension of their family living area. Our client's property was recently re -platted to include an additional adjacent parcel to the north. The new porch addition will remain at a distance 3 -10 from the new rear property line at its closest point. Directly north of the new rear property line is open land considered a "common area" which is owned by the Hickory Creek Property Owner's Association. The Hickory Creek POA has already approved this proposed construction (see attached letter). Our goal is to create a porch that is architecturally compatible with the house and connects the existing family room and new outdoor kitchen/porch area to the existing pool patio. Given our clients' desire to tie into the unusual shape of their existing house, we believe this is a reasonable request. Little Rock, AR 72212 To whom it may concern: The Architectural Review Committee of the Hickory Creek Property Owners Association has reviewed and approved plans for construction of an addition to the property at 106 Hickory Creek Circle in Little Rock. The construction involves a portion of land that is common area, but an easement was granted for this on January 29, 1996. Attached are the details of the proposed improvements submitted to and approved by the Architectural Review Committee. Please contact us if there are any questions. Thank you.
