Dear Mr. Carney:
In response to a memo from Christy Marvel, City of Little Rock, concerning the
certificate of occupancy for the above referenced site, I have the following response. I
have enclosed four copies of the revised site plan for your files. This should address
some of the questions Ms. Marvel had. The retaining wall is on the property line or just
off of it with the fabric supporting it on the adjacent property. Both properties are owned
by the same people and a wall easement has been filed for the adjacent property.
The sidewalk addressed in the letter from Marvel existed prior to site development.
When the final plat was filed for this lot an easement for the sidewalk was shown because
it was located outside of the right-of-way. The existing sidewalk location does bisect the
landscape easement, but it was approved at the building permit phase.

Hey guys.... the Industrial components site has called for final certificate of occupancy site inspection.
Upon review of the file I don't see where we have a copy of the revised site plan nor the associated
landscape plan, with the site plan changes that were needed. The last revision date I show on the plans I
have was 5-3-11....
Also, Pat... this retaining wall that was built in conjunction with this project ... it appears to be off the
property?? please clarify its precise location.
Also outstanding was pennission from Dana about the square footage increase to the building; approved —
at 14,400 was shown at 15,284; this needs cleared up. I have no record of any activity on this issue.
Lastly, a seventeen foot wide street buffer was required; the plans I have do not reflect such (maybe you
have revised plans that do?) This sidewalk must not bisect the seventeen foot either; it should be located
within the public r -o -w.
Until these issues are resolved (we have an approved plan in our files) it will hold up the c.o. for the
building.
