Contractor will be responsible for obtaining the Grading Permit Contact Melvin Hall at the City of Little Rock Public Works Department - 371-4856 2. For Erosion Control, stake Hoy Bales and Silt Fence in Place prior to construction. 3. All disturbed areas shall be Fertilized, Seeded, and Mulched (or Landscaped) as soon as practical. 4. Rough Grading shall be completed and Slopes seeded within 90 Days of Start of Construction. Final Pavement shall be Complete within 120 Days thereof. Final Landscaping shall be in place within 60 Days of the completion of Paving. 5. The Contractor shall be responsible for filing a Notice of Intent and Pollution Prevention Plan as required by the DPC&E. All permits shall be acquired prior to the start of construction. 6.
