The undersigned, a Registered Professional Land Surveyor
in the State of Arkansas, certifies to the parties named
below as follows; to the best of our knowledge and ability;
1. The plat and the survey upon which it is based was
conducted on the ground by me or under my supervision and
complies with the Minimum Standard Detail Requirements for
ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys, developed jointly by the
American Land Title Association and American Congress on
Surveying and Mapping in 1999 and includes items 1 through
4,6,10,11, and 14 through 15, inclusive, of Table A thereof, and

and ACSM and in effect on the date of this certification) of
an `Urban' Survey.
2. To the best of our knowledge and ability, the survey
