LEGAL DESCRIPTION
A part of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of
Section 4, Township I North, Range 14 West, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at a found cotton picker spindle at the Northwest
Corner of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of said
Section 4;
THENCE South 58 degrees 35 minutes 23 seconds East for a
distance of 876.74 feet to a point.
THENCE South 26 degrees 01 minutes 43 seconds West for a
distance of 55.00 feet to a set lit" rebar 8 cap on the Southerly
Right of Way line of Burlingame Road for the Point of Beginning:
THENCE South 63 degrees 58 minutes 17 seconds East for a
distance of 69.50 feet along said Right of Way line to a set 1/2"
rebar 8 cap;
THENCE South 63 degrees 36 minutes 25 seconds East for a
