Towers Horizontal Property'Regime, owners of the building known as Medical Towers I.
We have entered into a lease with AT&T for a rooftop installation. We have approved their
plans and specifications and they have permission to move forward.

Per our conversation in regard to AR1470 Baptist Hospital, this site will served as an in
building penetration. Currently the outdoor coverage is in the 80's dBm and little to no
coverage in the ground and lower level of the hospital.
Also here is the before and after study of the propose location.
