Provide a 2" minimum depth of shredded hardwood mulch in alimass
planting beds. Finished grades of the mulch shall bei/2" below the finished grade of adjacent
paving or edging. Submit a sample of the mulch
for approval by the Owner and/or Architect.

Stake the outline of all mass planting beds and tree locations and
obtain approval of the Architect prior to installation.

Prior to landscape installation, review the subsurface drainage conditions. Install materials
"high" if necessary, due to subsurface conditions. Contact the Architect if existing

5.
Provide positive drainage in all turf and mass plantings areas and provide smooth,
