To The City of Little Rock and Whom it May Concern;
We, the residents of 1804 S. Taylor, would like to build a covered carport. Our vehicles
are exposed to extreme heat in the summer and adverse conditions during the winter
months. Our vehicles experienced discoloration of the paint to the interior and exterior,
along with dry rotting of interior panels on arm rest, doors, and seats. The vehicles
exteriors have chips in the paint and cracks in interior seats due to adverse weather
conditions. We have purchased replacement vehicles and pray you will allow us to build
a covered carport to protect them.
