Dear Mr. Price,
Attached are 6 copies of the preliminary plot plan for the referenced project. We are requesting a
variance in the rear yard setback from 25 feet to 3.2 feet. This lot had a house, which burned down,
that encroached in the 25-foot rear yard setback. The owners are wanting to build a new house on
the property and the 120-foot lot depth and new 25-foot front yard requirement is restricting the
house.
