This letter is to accompany my request for a Zoning
Variance (Signs) for 801 W. Markham St., Little Rock, AR
72201. The request for a signage variance is for the west
facing wall of the building. The proposed design has been
submitted here in this application. We are rehabbing and
preserving an historic Little Rock building and his a
continuation of the revival of a downtown area and re-
establishing the historical look of painted brick signage,
hopefully adding to the esthetic vibrance of a downtown
city streetscape. Thank you for your consideration.
