Spruce Street, Little Rock, Arkansas. We are requesting a variance to section 36-156(a)(2)c for the construction a detached two -car garage and swimming pool that will occupy greater than 30% of the rear yard. We believe our new home and accessory structures will meet all other setback and zooming requirements. We believe this request will allow our newly constructed home to be consistent with the surrounding homes in the area and will have no adverse impact on the surrounding properties.
