RE: Variance Request – Dillard Data Center – 1310 Cantrell Road
Gentlemen,
The Owner, Dillard Store Services would like a variance to permit the construction of a 8 foot
tall security fence between the front setback line and the street right-of-way. This is the
minimum height required to provide the level of security desired.
I have attached preliminary plans of the proposed improvements.
Please place this item on the agenda for the next meeting of the Board of Adjustment.
