Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly described as follows: Beginning on the
East line of the NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of said Section 12 and the North right of way line of
the Fulk Road, which point is 25 feet North of the center. of said road; thence N 79° W,
210 feet along the North right of way line of said Road; thence North 210 feet; thence S
790 E, 210 feet to the East line of the NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of said Section 12; thence
South 210 feet to the North right of way line of Fulk Road and the point of beginning.
