LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
Description of a Tract of Land (G. P. Commercial Addition) in the
City of Little Rock and in the SW4 NEI, Section 29, Township 1 North,
Range 12 West, Pulaski County, Arkansas, and more particularly
described as:
Commencing at the Southwest corner of said SW4 NE4 Section 29;
THENCE, North 000 28' East along the West line of said SW4 NEI,
Section 29 for 80.0 feet to an iron pin on the North right-
of-way line of West 65th Street (110' R/W), and beinq the
Point of Beginning;
THENCE Continuing North 000 28' East along Nest line for 1024.36
feet to an iron pin at the beginninq of a curve to the
right (radius 139.01');
THENCE Along the arc of said curve for 217.34 feet (chord bearing
and distance of North 450 15' 30" East 195.87 feet) to an
iron pin at the end of said curve;
THENCE South 890 57' 00" East for 250.51 feet to an iron pin at
the beginning of a curve to the right (radius 271.42•);
THENCE Along the arc of said curve for 428.32 feet (chord bearing
and distance of South 440 44' 30" East 385.24 feet) to an
iron pin at the end of said curve.
THENCE South 000 28' West for 896.13 feet to an iron pin, on said
North right-of-way line of West 65th Street;
THENCE North 89 19' 46' West along said North right-of-way line
for 661.90 feet to the Point of Beginning:
Containing 751,574 square feet or 17.25 acres, more or less.
