VIA FEDERAL EXPRESS
Please find an Application for a building permit, filed on behalf of my client AT&T
Wireless. Also enclosed with the application are two (2) sets of construction drawings
and a structural letter. Also included is a copy of the proposed landscaping to bring the
site into compliance with the landscaping requirements.
As indicated on the site plans, AT&T is replacing the six (6) existing antennas with six
(6) new dual pole antennas, extending the existing pad and adding two new equipment
cabinets at this site on the existing water tank. The site is at 1823 East 17th St.
I would appreciate it if you would begin your review of this application and let me know
the cost of the permit. If I can provide any additional information, please do not hesitate
to call me at 800-779-0495.

Dear Mr. Carney:
Please accept this letter as confirmation of AT&T Wireless' (AWS) intent to comply with the
City of Little Rack's directives and landscape requirements at the above referenced antenna
site located at 1823 East 17th Street, Little Rock, AR.
Based on the requests communicated from your office, AWS will install an eight foot (8') tall
wooden privacy fence along the perimeter of its Leased Premises. In addition, we agree to
plant and maintain landscaping within the confines of the AWS Leased Premises.
We appreciate your assistance in the continued operation of this wireless communications
facility.
